Looking Back at Charly Lamm (BMW Team Schnitzer)

Charly Lamm, a long-time BMW Team Schnitzer team boss, has died unexpectedly at the age of 63, just two months after retiring from the family team.
As team manager, Lamm piloted the team to great success in the Touring Car Championship, DTM, and Super Touring Cup throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Once BMW made the decision to return to DTM in 2012, he again took the helm and subsequent victory.
